At the moment we do not have any ‘Relax for Robots’ Yoga Nidra sessions scheduled.
Information about the sessions
There will be no movement in the session. The whole practice is done either lying down on your back or side or sitting upright in a chair. Dress in comfortable clothing, bring a mat to lie on, a cushion for your head and a blanket to cover your body.
An eye pillow or scarf can help block out distracting visual light.
